Giveaway Terms

Local Reach Systems (“Company,” “we,” “our”) may offer promotional campaigns, contests, or giveaway-based programs designed to encourage engagement with local businesses.

Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

No Purchase Neccessary

No purchase is necessary to participate in our promotions or giveaways unless otherwise stated.

Participation methods will be clearly outlined for each campaign.

Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Submit their mailer via already paid return postage, with address written in on physical mailer

  • Comply with all rules outlined for the specific promotion

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

How to Participate

Each promotion will include specific instructions, which may involve:

  • Visiting participating local businesses

  • Collecting stamps, punches, or confirmations

  • Completing a game card or promotional entry

All participation requirements must be completed as outlined to qualify.

Prizes

  • Prizes will be described in each specific promotion

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated

  • Local Reach Systems reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

Winner Selection & Verification

  • Winners will be determined based on the rules of the specific promotion (e.g., completed game card, random drawing, etc.)

  • All submissions are subject to verification

  • Fraudulent, incomplete, or altered entries will be disqualified

We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding winner eligibility.

Claiming Prizes​

  • Winners must claim prizes within a week of initial notice

  • Failure to respond or claim a prize may result in forfeiture

  • Identification may be required to verify eligibility

Limitation of Liability

Local Reach Systems is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, damaged, or incomplete entries

  • Technical or distribution errors

  • Issues caused by participating businesses

Participation is at your own risk.

Participating Businesses

  • Local businesses featured in promotions are independent entities.

  • Local Reach Systems is not responsible for the products, services, or experiences provided by participating businesses

  • Any disputes with a participating business must be handled directly with that business

Promotion Modifications

  • We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time

  • Update rules or eligibility requirements as needed

  • Any changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Publicity

  • By participating, you agree that:

  • Your name and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes

  • No additional compensation will be provided for such use
