Local Reach Systems provides marketing and advertising services that involve planning, design, and distribution. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has begun.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your advertising placement or campaign slot.

• Deposits are non-refundable once your campaign has been scheduled or production has begun.

3. Campaign Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your campaign:

• Before work has started: You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative fees.

• After work has started (design, production, or coordination): Refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

• After distribution has begun: No refunds will be issued.

4. Design & Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs and campaign details prior to launch.

• Once final approval is given, the campaign is considered confirmed.

• No refunds will be issued for errors or changes requested after approval.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Local Reach Systems does not guarantee specific results (such as customer traffic, sales, or conversions).

• Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

• Marketing outcomes may vary depending on factors outside our control.

6. Service Issues

If there is an issue directly caused by Local Reach Systems (e.g., failure to deliver agreed-upon services), we will:

• Review the situation

• Make reasonable efforts to correct the issue

• Offer partial refunds or service credits if appropriate

7. Non-Delivery or Delays

In the rare case that a campaign cannot be delivered as agreed due to internal issues:

• A partial or full refund may be issued, or

• The campaign may be rescheduled at no additional cost
